Administrative Assistant

A busy Burnaby Property Management Company is looking for a Strata Manager Administrative Assistant to join our company.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Assisting the two or more strata agents with administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Letter writing and preparing notices, bylaw registrations, assisting with lien directives and collection letters, preparing agendas, proofreading minutes and other correspondence.
- Maintaining database with property updates, owner information, emergency contacts, etc.
- Maintaining and updating electronic property files
- Preparing various lists and documents as required
- Scanning/photocopying and arranging distribution of correspondence.
- Processing strata corporation forms requested by owners, lawyers/notaries and realtors.
- Reception coverage.
This position requires an individual who has excellent command of the English language, above average computer skills (especially in Word, and Excel), is self-motivated, has the ability to work well both on their own and as a team player.
Knowledge of Yardi is preferred and at least 1 year of experience working in the Strata management industry is strongly preferred for this position.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
