Product Line Change Coordinator

**Basic Function**: Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company, located in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking an Advisor SAP Master Data and Product Line Change. Reporting to the Manager, Process Governance & Integration in Global Supply Chain, the Advisor, SAP Master Data and PLC (Product Line Change) is responsible for management, governance and integrity of material master data related to Supply Chain Operations' processes. This individual will manage and maintain master data in the ERP system environment, ensuring execution of shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution business transactions in an efficient manner because of accurate and reliable material master data. Works under mínimal supervision with latitude to use initiative and independent judgement. **Job Duties**: - Implements within the Global Supply Chain (GSC) function the Marketing Product Line Change (PLC) process, including leading PLC discussions as well as acquisition, interpretation, and recording of all necessary data to facilitate approval in the Speed to Market Idea hub for GSC stakeholders. Stewards the importance of data integration with execution of PLC initiatives - Representative for Global Supply Chain on the Product Line Change Team, including review of impact assessment, collaboration and stakeholder management, and continuous process and system enhancements - GSC SME for the PLC process and Speed to Market Idea hub - Develop and leads GSC continual improvements as outputs of the PLC process and/or special project assignment - Oversees and manages master data in ERP system environment including but not limited to Material Masters, BOM’s, Routings, Country and Region of Origin, HS Codes, Procurement type, and related Material Classification fields - Provides technical support, training, and problem-solving for other departments outside of GSC whose processes integrate with the Material Master functionality as required, such as Procurement, Quality Control and Sales Services - Participates in and supports SAP implementation projects - Processes daily SAP PLC workflow tasks that involve creation and maintenance of material master records, as well as warehouse/plant material attributes - Manages ongoing material master updates and/or enhancements as part of a continuous improvement initiative - Provides weekly reporting on high impact Speed to Market initiatives to GSC management - Provides data quality statistics and trend reporting to management - Oversees activation of label requirements in SAP and Labelvision Special assignments, tasks or projects assigned to the employee from time to time by their manager **Experience**: - A minimum of five years of job related experience in a similar environment is required - Working knowledge of SAP business processes - Experience with working in a cross-functional team dynamic **Education Level**: - A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered **Required Skills**: - Strong analytical skills - Strong change management - Continuous improvement mindset - Strong NAL, interpersonal skills, and written/oral communication skills - Strong teamwork, decision-making, judgement and problem solving skills - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects with competing priority and/or deadlines - Project and Stakeholder management - Ability to work independently - Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Quality, Sales and/or Marketing practices is preferred **Work Conditions**: - Office based environment, weekdays.
