Production Line Leader

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production line team to ensure smooth operations.
- Fabricate and package products according to established specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure all equipment is sanitized and maintained in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor production processes for efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Train new employees on operational procedures, safety practices, and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve any production issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of the production area to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and product measurements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food processing or food industry is preferred upto 2 years.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred).
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Basic math skills for accurate product handling and inventory control.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
