**Job Summary**:To ensure that the document needs for production manufacturing and packaging operations are satisfied by using SAP to produce approved Production Batch Records. To ensure batch records are reviewed in a timely manner to meet scheduled batch release due dates.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create, revise, print Production batch documents to meet Production schedule.
- Manage flow of documents and information to and from the line (check and print documents and deliver to the line).
- Coordinate resource to meet schedule including offline activities.
- Support the staging and confirmation of materials and components. Follow up on materials for the line to ensure released and available.
- Communicate issues and results to area manager.
- Create, review and revise PBR documents.
- Create and mange purchasing orders for Production.
- Coordinate Production Coordination Meeting and scribe as required.
- Contact point with validation, maintenance, and planning.
- Provide project support by representing area.
- Support rapid and timely incident management.
- General administrative duties for area, i.e., attendance and vacation tracking.
- Run various reports in SAP improvement.
- Lead low-mid level projects in area of business.
**Qualifications**
**Experience and Skills**:
- 0-1 year of work experience.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements and Health and Safety.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to use and understand automation solutions such as IP21, eBRS, CDISY, Freeweigh, etc.
- Able to take on technical projects
**Education**:
Required:
- High School Diploma
Preferred:
- University degree or College Diploma. The role is highly detail-oriented and requires extensive use of computer system and skills.
