Job Summary The Packaging Technical Line Leader is responsible for overseeing the efficient, safe and compliant operation of a production line within the Packaging Department Operations. This role ensures that production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met while supervising and coordinating a team of production workers. Fulltime and temporary associates. Duties and Responsibilities Production Oversight: Lead and manage the production line to meet daily and weekly production goals. Complete all training assignments and maintain personal training records. Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Adjust line operations as per line standards (including line output, wash up and change over standards) to maximize productivity and minimize downtime on the assigned production line. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Complete G.M.P. documents, such as the Packaging Work Order, and forward to the documentation review clerk. Ensure equipment log books (stationary/non-stationary and MES electronic logs) are accurately completed. Reconcile components used for the packaging operation; in SAP and MES batch records).
