**Operations Manager**
Baig Security is a Canadian security company based out of Burlington, Ontario, providing a complete spectrum of private security, investigations, and customized solutions. We provide professionally trained uniformed Security Guards, Mobile patrols, Private investigators, and Loss Prevention Services.
Baig Security is seeking to hire an Operations Manager which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will also be assisting our Human Resources department with recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance. Operations Managers oversee operational activities at every level. An operations manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors Degree in Operations management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in management, operations and leadership
- Ability to build connections and rapport with client, co-employees and other company/organization
- Oversee operational activities at every level
- Assist with HR department when necessary (end to end recruitment)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suites (Google docs, sheets, slides, forms and etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.

- On call
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
