**The Role**

As a Pension Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering service excellence to our plan members, beneficiaries, and stakeholders. You are an effective communicator with a strong foundation in pension administration, motivated to provide timely and accurate support in a friendly and approachable manner. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and is committed to continuous improvement and member engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Update, maintain, and analyze member records to ensure accuracy for benefit determination and payment
- Collaborate with Pension Administrators to locate missing or terminated plan members
- Resolve inquiries and requests from plan members, beneficiaries, and stakeholders
- Peer review work and contribute to the development of benefit administration policies and communication strategies
- Maintain benefit information systems and ensure compliance with applicable legislation
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and provide counsel regarding plan entitlements
- Prepare and distribute clear, accurate, and timely communications on benefit calculations
- Participate in pension information and education sessions
- Process benefit calculations and ensure compliance with plan provisions and legislation
