**The Opportunity**

The Digital Business and Information Services branch is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team to ensure that Plannera’s complex automated systems are delivering the required business functionality, now and in the future.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Support Services, you will be responsible for:

- Providing business analysis and consulting services to clients with a goal of improving business and system processes;
- Verbally and in writing explain or present technical information to a variety of non-technical individuals and/or groups in a clear, accurate and understandable manner.

Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position have been acquired through:

- A degree or certification in business analysis; and
- Considerable experience (greater than five years preferred) performing the following:

- business analysis; process improvement; gathering and documentation business and functional requirements; and managing teams.
- Work experience in a pension and benefits environment would be an asset.
