Must Haves
- 4+ years of experience as PM/Project Coordinator
- Experience working with clinical stakeholders to deploy digital solutions.
- Preferably supporting health related projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Collaboration, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everybody works together effectively

- Public Sector Experience

Deliverables include, but are not limited to:
1. Client Intake, Site Profile and scheduling of activities

2. Project Co-ordination of Go-live Schedule per Clinical Site

3. Project Documentation, Deployment Reporting and Tracking

4. Support of Site/Virtual Training and Distribution of Documentation

5. Support of Site / Client Engagement as required

6. Local Registration Agent functions for the onboarding of end users to ONE ID

7. Initiate for signature of site Agreements for Ontario Health and Ministry

**Responsibilities**:
The Junior Project Manager/Co-coordinator will work with the Deployment Team Lead to support all site deployment activities as assigned. Duties typically include planning select milestones of the project schedule, monitoring its progress, coordinating meetings and overseeing members of the project to ensure successful and on-time deployment of clients.
- Support the deliverables of all aspects of MORE project deployment to multiple sites, ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Toolkit / Support Documentation Updates
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Client Intake/Site Scheduling
- Manage Client Information Form and Site Profile data
- Contractual Agreements Tracking and Execution
- Supports onboarding, such as site and end-user registration into Ontario Health’s Identity and Access Management System (ONEID)
- Service Enrollment of organization and end users into OLIS MORE - ensuring appropriate permissions
- Deployment Tracking, Monitoring, Reporting and Metrics Capture
- Lessons learned tracking

Desired Skills:

- Demonstrable knowledge of project management; Knowledge and understanding of Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge an asset
- Experience working on and delivering multiple projects
- Demonstrated project management software skills and experience e.g. MS Project, MS Teams etc.
- College/University undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent experience - desired
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards an asset
