**About the Position**:
We are looking for a highly organized and service-driven **Assistant Manager, Banquets** to support the planning and execution of banquets, weddings, corporate events, and special functions. This role will assist in overseeing banquet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards. Ideally the successful individual will be able to maintain various functions along with managing banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight. This position plays a pivotal role within the banquets team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in banquet operations at supervisory level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and provide guidance and support for the banquet team.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
