Banquet Manager

As a Banquet Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with clients to plan and execute their events, ensuring all details are addressed to meet or exceed their expectations.
- Manage and lead a team of banquet staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and provide excellent service.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of banquets, from setup to service to breakdown.
- Maintain high standards for food, service, and event presentation to deliver a memorable experience for clients and their guests.
- Keep track of budgets, expenses, and revenue, and make cost-effective decisions to maximize profitability.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and alcohol regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $18.88-$35.00 per hour
