Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

- Greet and direct customers
- Answer the telephone
- Provide customers with accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Maintain presentable and clean product displays
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Outside Sales team to provide excellent customer service to Key Accounts
- Prepare quotes for customers
- Promote quotes to sales order
- Various administrative/data entry tasks as requested
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Ultimately, you will ensure that all our customers are satisfied with the service(s) provided, and you will contribute to the store’s success.
