**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication.

**Duties**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the store shelves are stocked.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
- Ensure accurate product scanning and payment completion and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering new stock.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Document customer suggestions, feedbacks and requests for new products.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Keep store neat by sweeping and mopping when needed and ensure all health and safety standards.
- Assist in receiving shipments and organizing on stock receiving days.
- Make sure the online platform is up to date on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling customer issues.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette to ensure a positive interaction with customers.
- Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Multilingual capabilities are an asset for serving diverse customer bases.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
