**Position Details**:
**What you will do**:
- Contribute to the planning and development of CAA Insurance Company’s external communications strategy
- Serve as a communications resource for various business partners, providing guidance on using the most effective and efficient external communications, media, processes and tools
- Develop process and tactics for effectively communicating product changes, industry insights and organizational announcements, changes in processes or procedures to brokers and stakeholders
- Work with various internal stakeholders to support the effective launch of new products, product enhancements, new technologies, or other benefits and/or programs.
- Manage the broker content on CAA Insurance’s public website and broker portals and execute a content strategy
- Develop and own the digital execution of our content marketing and social strategy to promote key messages
- Support the development of media strategies to respond, maintain and/or enhance CAA Insurance’s reputation.
- Develop compelling content that supports our content strategy and key messages that positions CAA Insurance as a leading insurer.
- Ensure that external messages are cascaded to internal audiences as appropriate to engage Associates in our broker-focused strategy
- Support CAA Insurance’s broader and corporate communications needs by developing and editing communiques, memos, presentations, blog posts, brochures, web content, etc
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Journalism or Communications
- 2-3 years of prior marketing experience
- Previous experience in insurance a strong asset
- Strong marketing acumen, including using analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement
- Experience developing integrated communications plans aligned with key messaging
- Experience managing and executing social media programs.
- Effective Interpersonal Skills, Strategic Thinking, Project and Time Management
- Strong communication skills with a drive to collaborate
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external/Partners stakeholders
