We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and slightly creative **Marketing Project Manager** to help shine a spotlight on our four spa destinations across Quebec.

**YOUR MISSION**

As Marketing Project Manager, your role will be to plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and make a real impact on the ground.

More specifically, you will:

- Contribute to the development of communication plans and brand strategies
- Manage marketing projects from A to Z, ensuring smooth execution
- Create editorial calendars and write engaging content for our digital platforms (website, newsletters, social media, etc.)
- Coordinate on-site promotions and marketing events in collaboration with our spa locations
- Work with partners (printers, designers, agencies, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Support employer branding and recruitment efforts

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent writing skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Active Campaign
- Excellent priority management, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
- Precision + passion = your winning formula
- Comfortable with big ideas _and_ small details
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive, professional attitude

**READY FOR THE CHALLENGE?**
- Permanent full-time position (40h/week)
- Based at our head office in Boucherville (hybrid work model available)
- Occasional travel required to our various spa locations
- Monday to Friday schedule
