**Role**:
In **collaboration**with the **Fuji SEMEC**team, you will be called upon to use your **expertise**to **manage**and **follow up**on the different contracts between Fuji SEMEC and our various customers and suppliers. You will be responsible for **coordinating the entire project cycle**.

**Tasks**:

- Respond to various internal and external **customer requests**;
- Enter **customer projects**into the management system and **communicate**the information to the production team;
- Launch **customer billing cycles**;
- Meet your colleagues for a **coffee break** in our multifunctional cafeteria;
- Participate in **meetings**with clients before and after the contract is awarded;
- Prepare **bid/negotiation**requests with the various suppliers to establish the **project budget**;
- Make **purchases**in accordance with the supplier tenders received;
- Negotiate **purchasing terms**with critical suppliers;
- **Participate** in one (or more) **team activities;**:

- **Plan and track**purchases according to customer schedule;
- Participate in the **budget planning process**for the project;
- Negotiate with clients the various **changes**to the scope of the contract affecting the cost and schedule.

**Requirements**:
You:

- Have a **University diploma**in an **administrative**or **technical**field with a minimum of **6 to 10 years**of experience in project/contract management in a manufacturing company;
- Are **autonomous**but also able to work in a **team** environment, have **technical judgement** skills and **practical sense**;
- Are a **negotiator at heart**and are able to work **quickly and effectively**in stressful situations;
- Are perfectly **bilingual;**:
