- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Document all interactions with clients accurately for future reference.

- Strong leadership abilities to guide clients through complex processes.
- Proficient in using databases and SharePoint for effective case management.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
