Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Provide expert guidance on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to clients.
- Analyze client situations and develop tailored immigration strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress using SharePoint.
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on their case status and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and resolution of issues.
- Utilize Excel for data tracking and reporting purposes related to client cases.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines through effective time management.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to analyze complex information effectively.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
