**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing.
- Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input
- Ensure all client special instructions are followed Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status
- Tracking status for all LCL and FCL and keeping clients/agents advised of status
- Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered
- Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents
- Maintain customer profiles
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills Desired Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years related experience handling Ocean Imports and handling some Air Freight shipments;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Team Player
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Cargo Wise, E-manifest and CERS Portal an asset an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
