**Job description**

**MIC**is seeking for reliable and dedicated women to join our platform as **independent cleaning contractors**. Cleaners will have the flexibility to accept jobs on an on-call basis, working directly with users who need cleaning services in their home.

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Cleaning and disinfecting all surface areas, including bathrooms, common kitchens, desks, and conference rooms.
- Replacing toilet paper and hand towels
- Dusting the surfaces within a room
- Mopping and polishing floors
- Picking up any trash and emptying the trash bins
- Making beds, washing linens, and changing the linens
- Cleaning and scrubbing windows.
- Responding to employee or guest requests

**Requirements**:

- Reliable transportation to travel between clients’ locations.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and without supervision.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and committed to quality
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Comfortable with physically active work—lifting, bending, standing for stretches.
