**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales: Promote and sell products while earning client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise and deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments for every customer.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and provide information about merchandise to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and returns efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, arranging displays, ensuring products are properly labeled.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting inventory counts, and reporting low stock levels to management.

**Skills**
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey product information, assist customers, build and maintain relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, finding appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products and services offered, including promotions and sales, to make effective recommendations to customers.
- Basic computer skills: Ability to use a point-of-sale system

**Work Environment**
- Retail Sales Associates work flexible hours and require standing for extended periods.
- This role involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
