**ABOUT EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS**:
Our team is responsible for creating the mouthwatering fruit arrangements, dipped fruit boxes and cut fruit for to-go products, following the operational procedures set by Edible Arrangements; for maintaining a high quality of customer service and product.

Summary of Key Qualifications & Skills Required:
Since most of our day-to-day tasks are simple but done under strict corporate guidelines, we conduct extensive training for our new hires. This means previous experience in fruit bouquets is not necessary; However, previous supervisory experience - especially from a franchise environment - is preferred.

We are specifically looking for motivated individuals looking for a stable place of employment - motivated, hardworking individuals looking for a place where they fit.

**Traits we are looking for**:

- Applicants MUST live locally in Hamilton year-round and Drive
- Previous Customer Service and Sales is a requirement: 10-12 years of combined experience in kitchen, retail and customer service roles
- A positive attitude is a must
- Willingness to do hands-on supervision is a must
- A willingness to work fast and efficiently when the pressure is on
- work longer hours during peak periods - Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's by way of example - is a MUST
- excellent communication skills, and patience with Customers and both staff are priorities
- previous customer service/ sales experience is a must
- ability to read work orders, and follow other verbal and written instructions is a must
- ability to clearly communicate instructions to others is a must
- organizational skills are mandatory
- ability to left, carry and/or push 30lbs
- ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shifts
- a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- a valid driver's license is required.

**Summary of Key Duties**:

- handles customer service and sales
- oversees employee attendance and performance
- guides customer service interactions
- organizes production and delivery routing
- oversees inventory control in co-operation with management
- oversees and participates in maintenance of cleaning checklists and equipment
- assists staff with washing, peeling and/or cutting various fruit
- ensures proper food sanitation protocols are in place
- assists staff with bouquets, boxes and trays according to Edible Arrangements' methods & procedures
- assists staff with packaging arrangements
- receives and stores fruit, supplies, equipment, utensils in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas as appropriate
- removes trash and cleans kitchen garbage containers
- sweeps and mops floors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
