At HD Painting, we’ve been in business over 35 years, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for Professional Painters to join our St. Thomas-London-area crews and help us deliver exceptional results on commercial new builds and maintenance repaints.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Producing **clean, professional finishes** using brush, roller, and sprayer techniques
- **Prepping and protecting** surfaces using masking, sanding, patching, and priming methods
- Working on **active construction sites**—inside and outside, rain or shine, dirt and all
- Supporting a **clean, safe, efficient jobsite** that meets company standards
- **Mentoring junior crew members** and contributing to a tight-knit team

**What You Should Know**:
This is **real construction site work**. It's physical. It gets dirty. You’ll be working around trades, dust, mud, ladders, and lifts. But if you love seeing your work transform a space—and take pride in getting it done right—you’ll thrive here.

**You’re a Great Fit If You**:

- Have at least **2 years of painting experience** (commercial or residential)
- Know your way around a jobsite and painting tools (brush, roller, sprayer)
- Have a **reliable vehicle** and a **valid G-class driver’s license**:

- Are **punctual, respectful, and a team player**:

- Aren’t afraid to sweat, ask questions, or jump in to help your crew

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience working at heights, on scaffolding, or lifts
- Are comfortable communicating with site supers or clients
- Take pride in mentoring apprentices and building others up

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Starting at **$20-$30/hr**, depending on experience
- **Overtime paid** after 44 hours/week
- **Flexible benefits** including HCSA after 6 months of employment
- Regular **team events, coaching, and growth opportunities**:

- Work Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm with occasional weekends or evenings

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
