The Role

You'll start as a Door Knocker on our team . (You have read this far... trust me you will want to hear why this can change things for you) You will be working collaboratively with our sales team across the Niagara region

You'll learn how to create meaningful connections, build communication skills, and show yourself / others a lot can change in 1 year

Within 4 months, we'll have new management roles opening — and we want to fill them internally. These leadership roles will have you:

  • Leading 1-2 peers or bright summer students
  • Working directly with clients to ensure they have an exceptional sales or project experience
  • Ensuring all details of the job are met or exceeded
  • Hard work will be paid off with big wage increases

You'll also have the chance to:

  • Get 1-on-1 mentorship for your role and your personal growth
  • Help streamline the business with AI tools
  • Support organic social media content
  • Be part of a fun, supportive, and high-performing team
