**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced painter to work independently on residential projects and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards. We are willing to build a team around you if you desire and give you management experience. We focus on residential interiors and have other crews to handle most of the exterior projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Review client expectations and neatly set up jobsites
- Ensure accurate execution of work, quality standards and project updates
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Professionally execute customer interactions with satisfied clients, Google review and Payment.
- **Optional - Manage 1 to 2 other painters on site

**Skills/Requirements**
- Proficient in small drywall repairs
- At least 1 year painting experience
- A history of detail orientated jobs
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in our trade
- Ability to manage a calendar and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to bring materials between jobsite including paint
- Drivers license and ideally your own vehicle

Expected hours: 10 - 44 per week
