You don’t need painting experience—just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. We’ll teach you the rest.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Learning how to **prep, paint, and finish** surfaces on commercial sites
- Supporting experienced painters with **site setup, masking, sanding, and cleanup**:

- Working on **real construction sites**—indoors and outdoors, year-round
- Practicing **safety, professionalism, and teamwork** every single day
- Progressing from helper to painter as you **develop real trade skills**

**What You Should Know**:
Construction work is tough—it’s physical, it can get dirty, and some days are harder than others. But if you show up with a good attitude and a willingness to grow, **you can build a long-term career** here.

We want people who show up ready to **listen, learn, and feed the monster** (that’s HD-speak for putting in the effort and going after your goals).

- Can get to job sites on time (must have a valid G driver’s license and vehicle)

- Have some experience on a construction site or in a physical job
- Are comfortable working on ladders or at heights
- Like the idea of becoming a professional painter or site supervisor in the future

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Starting at **$20/hr** with regular reviews as your skills grow
- **Overtime paid** after 44 hours/week
- **Flexible benefits** including HCSA after 6 months of employment
- Regular **team events, coaching, and growth opportunities**:

- Work Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm with occasional weekends or evenings
