**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide an exceptional customer experience through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Guide customers through the sales process from first contact to final delivery
- Stay up-to-date on all Ford models, trims, features, and incentives
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the sales and management team to meet individual and store sales goals

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of vehicle sales experience** (required)
- **Ford dealership experience** (strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for the automotive industry and helping people find the right vehicle
- Valid Alberta Driver’s License and a clean driving record
