Our efficient production facilities provide sand, gravel, crushed rock, and specialty aggregates for large infrastructure projects, commercial developments, and residential needs. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Aggregate Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves growing our customer base, maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales of aggregate products. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and other industry clients to foster repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Provide expert advice to customers on aggregate materials, ensuring they select the best products for their projects.
- Prepare and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules that meet both client needs and company goals.
- Visit job sites to assess project requirements and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aggregate, construction materials, or industrial sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building long-term client partnerships.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for travel to client locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.Pay: $60,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
