We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Aggregate Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves growing our customer base, maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales of aggregate products. If you have experience in the construction materials industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and other industry clients to foster repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Provide expert advice to customers on aggregate materials, ensuring they select the best products for their projects.
- Prepare and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules that meet both client needs and company goals.
- Visit job sites to assess project requirements and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aggregate, construction materials, or industrial sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building long-term client partnerships.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for travel to client locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.Pay: $60,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
