Responsibilities

  • Engage, Educate, and Sell - Present, promote, and sell our top-tier products/services to residential and commercial clients. Address concerns by showing the long-term value of what we offer.
  • Build Strong Relationships - Establish and maintain positive client connections that drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Generate and Convert Leads - Cold calling, door to door outreach, home shows - you'll find creative ways to bring in new customers.
  • Hit (and Exceed) Sales Goals - We set achievable targets, and you'll have the tools and support to surpass them.
  • Collaborate and Report - Work with your team and management to track client needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game - Keep up with the best practices, promotional trends, and strategies that maximize results.
