Punjabi Food Truck Inc. is seeking a friendly and dynamic **Customer Client Specialist** to join our team on a part-time basis. As a part-time Customer Client Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience when visiting our food truck. If you're enthusiastic, customer-focused, and love Punjabi cuisine, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take orders, process payments, and maintain an organized cashier station.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and inviting customer service area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- A passion for Punjabi cuisine and a desire to share it with others.
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $21.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
