The role fosters an elite culture where each team member is accountable for memorable service.Essential Functions and Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance customer relationships by building trust and resolving issues promptly.Process and coordinate all sales requests using accurate order entry, product information, pricing, and routing.Work cross‑functionally with Credit, Shipping, eComm, and strategic partners to adjust orders, initiate warranties, credits, and returns, and recommend process improvements.Monitor daily reporting for fraud holds, online trade‑in, custom orders, and gift card programs to ensure orders flow through the system and meet metrics.Attempt First Call Resolution (FCR) for all customer calls, utilizing problem‑solving skills and available resources.Attend and participate in departmental meetings, product knowledge, and technical training sessions as required.Create a selling environment whenever possible in the call center.Assist the Customer Service Manager with reports, system maintenance, and special projects as necessary.Respond to customer web inquiries regarding online products, returns, and orders, documenting issues and ensuring prompt resolution.Utilize Dynamics CRM to record, track, and manage all customer interactions.Monitor Oracle EBS interface to ensure orders are not stuck in transmission from DemandWare.Actively participate in a team atmosphere to achieve department and company goals.Contribute to team and company success through regular, ongoing training programs.Education, Training, and Work ExperienceHigh school diploma; college or university degree preferred.1–4 years of successful customer service experience in a service environment preferred.Working knowledge of golf products not required but would be an asset.Knowledge and Skills RequirementsInitiative and motivation to get the job done.Highly energetic and motivated.Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Proficiency with TaylorMade Golf Company’s operating systems (Oracle EBS, Dynamics CRM, DemandWare, B2B, Business Objects) and aptitude to learn new systems quickly.Positive, patient, and dedicated; ability to handle conflict and stay calm.Excellent organization and time management; handle high volume interactions and meet deadlines.Bilingual in French and English preferred.Passion/interest/knowledge for golf preferred.Work Environment / Physical RequirementsLight physical effort required lifting or moving lightweight materials.Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.Ability to work extended hours as seasonally required.Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.The above description is intended to show in general terms the responsibilities for which the position exists and the type, level and work which must be satisfactorily performed in order to be successful in the position.
