- We are looking for **a Client Services Specialist **that will build and maintain strong customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining long-lasting, strong relationships with clients while keeping them satisfied and engaged with our products and services to maximize value.
- Support revenue generation by assisting clients with our team to understand the full potential of our dental products and services and encouraging their usage by organizing CAD & CAM training sessions or demonstrations.
- Acting as one of the main points of contact and liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions per client needs.
- Establishing open lines of communication with clients and provide prompt answers to queries about products, services, or a company.
- Regularly collecting feedback from clients to assess possible improvements to existing services and the need for new services.
- Managing and resolving complex client issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conducting regular account reviews to report on results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Working with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and potential at-risk accounts.
Implementing and overseeing client onboarding programs and providing clients with a clear understanding of their responsibilities and timelines.
- Continually tracking and analyzing key metrics for customer satisfaction.
- Meet with customers (online and in person) regularly to identify additional opportunities for CAD/CAM training, new products, and equipment consumables sales.
- Create on-demand training and education videos for subscription customers to easily access.
- Generate quotes as needed for training, also, for add-on products such as resin printers, desktop mills, scanners, software and furnaces. involve existing account managers as needed
- Capable of operating and demonstrating equipment to customers; dental mills and 3D printers, including metal printing machines, with precision and efficiency. Assist in customer benchmarking processes by utilizing milling and printing technologies effectively with our CAM software
- Products that require integration:
- Scanners to CAD, to CAM, to, Mills, Furnace & Printers: Medit Scanners, Exocad, Exoplan, Hyperdent, Millbox, vhf, imes-icore, Dekema, Desktop Health,
- Metal Printers to annealing furnace final polished products
- Support marketing initiatives, articles, webinars and other initiatives
- Support tradeshows and travel as needed, especially for new product training and some in-person customer training
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in dental milling and printing technologies.
**Qualifications**
- Dental Technician
- 2 - 3 years experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Strong problem
- solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in the best interest of the client
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience with customer Relationship management (CRM) software would be an asset
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
This is a full-time, permanent role working at our Vaughan location. You’ll be compensated by a competitive base salary, commensurate with your experience.
