**Requirements for the position**:

- Post-secondary graduate (preference to Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field)
- 1 to 3 years experience preferred, however, we will work with qualified recent graduates
- Previous experience with Adobe Suite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Between 18 and 30 years of age (inclusive)
- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person who has been granted refugee status in Canada (no work permits or student visas)
- Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial legislation and regulations
- Not receiving Employment Insurance (EI) benefits
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Coordination**:

- Manage the company’s website and digital presence, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
- Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with lead generation, customer follow-ups, and account management.
- Maintain CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals

**Customer Engagement**:

- Support customer relationship management initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
