**Overview**:
The **incumbent** will be actively involved in defining the strategy which increases the profile of the company in a fiscal and identifiable manner.

**Job Objective**:

- Assist in the development of marketing collaterals, campaigns and social media platforms coordination of special events and promotions for publicity and advertisements
- Execution of Newsletter including articles, upload contents to printer, proofread and layout contents
- Recommend and implement approved improvements to the structure, content and maintenance of the product database
- Providing data retrieval/analysis support for sales and marketing programs as required. This includes defining data requirements, determining the best sources for the data, ensuring data integrity, creating filters/writing queries, performing advanced data manipulation, troubleshooting and following up with key contacts in other departments.
- Conduct market research, competitive reviews and other similar activities in support of company initiatives
- Manage all sponsorship activities
- Coordination of special events, trade shows and promotions for publicity and advertisements
- Ensure all POP is ordered and stocked effectively and distributed within the retail base as expected

**Key Competencies and Skills**
- Degree or diploma in marketing/digital media/communications or related discipline
- Any additional professional qualifications and training related to Business Administration or Sales & Marketing
- Total Work Experience: More than 3-5 years
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, food and manufacturing industry or a similar industry
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint etc)
- ERP knowledge an asset
- High level of business awareness and acumen, with a good understanding of financial management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Understands business logics and is passionate
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Valid Drivers License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,324.73-$64,464.45 per year
