**About the role**

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for sustaining the sales team, so department goals are met efficiently. If you enjoy working in teams, keeping the department organized, following up with a high sense of urgency, then this position is for you

**What you’ll be doing**

Primary Responsibilities:

- **Phone Coordination**:

- Efficiently schedule phone calls for our sales consultants, accommodating their schedules and following their directives.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming calls when the office administrator/bookkeeper is unavailable.
- **Showings and Customer Engagement**:

- Facilitate and coordinate property showings, aligning them with the consultants’ appointments.
- Ensure all essential sales materials are meticulously prepared and readily accessible for our sales consultants.
- Create an inviting and professional atmosphere in our boardroom, where necessary, to enhance the presentation experience.
- **Sales Materials and Documentation**:

- Generate precise estimates and promptly dispatch them to clients, meeting the requests of our sales consultants
- Craft comprehensive sales packages featuring compelling renderings and engaging sales brochures.
- Prepare meticulous build specifications, purchase agreements, and payment schedules to streamline the sales process and maintain meticulous records.
- **Administrative Support of CRM and Sales Systems**:

- Provide valuable administrative support for our CRM and other sales systems, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales documentation and processes, aligning them with the evolving needs of our growing business.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, and support the logistics, tech support & warranty response teams, ensuring that every client enjoys an exceptional experience throughout their journey with Mint Tiny House Company.
- **Flexibility and Team Support**:

- Maintain flexibility to provide support across various functions within the Mint team as required, contributing to our overall success.

**What we’re looking for**
- 1+ Years of experience in Administrative roles
- Knowledge of Real Estate market and experience is an asset
- Experience in Customer Service is an asset
- Post
- secondary education is an asset
- MS Office proficiency is required
