**What qualifies YOU for this position?**
- 2+ years of experience in real estate investing or sales-related roles.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, ability to build relationships, and a passion for closing deals.
- Capable of analyzing market trends and data to determine pricing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Independent and team player, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

**What will your SPECIFIC duties be?**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with buyers and other real estate investors.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with buyers for property sales.
- Coordinate with buyers, title companies, and other parties for a smooth closing process.
- Attending local real estate investor meet-ups and comfortable with joining other Facebook groups.
- Analyze market data and trends to optimize pricing strategies for each property.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on property statuses.

**What can you EXPECT from our client in this role?**
- Starting salary of $50k + 10% commission per completed deal (avg. $1k) + eligible for $5k quarterly bonuses (year one target earnings: $100k)
- 90-day probationary period
- 'Bring Your Own Device' (client pays $100/month for internet or home office subsidy)
- Bi-weekly pay period
- 2-week vacation per year
