Our real estate team is on a mission to create the greatest work environment for established and aspiring real estate agents. Happy, productive real estate agents give the best service to homebuyers and homeowners. To make this happen, our agents need excellent systems, leads, training and leadership. A big part of this equation is the Operations Manager.

This is a remote position.

This individual should be driven, ethical, systematic and outgoing just for starters. If this is you, you would be an integral part of the top producing real estate team in southern WI. A typical week could include trouble shooting systems issues, setting team schedules, paying agents and invoices, and taking on special projects as directed by the team owner.

For anyone that's been interested in being part of a fast paced environment where each day can present different projects, while interacting with professional and ethical agents, this is the environment for you.

**Compensation**:
$52,000 ($22 per hour plus bonuses)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all office staff including work hours, performance, initial interview screenings and all related items
- Approve pay for virtual based assistants
- Enroll and onboard new real estate agents personnel information
- Complete assigned work projects from team leader
- Assist in training curriculum design for team agents

**Qualifications**:

- You have experience in managing an office type environment
- History of showing an organized and detailed approach
- Real estate experience is preferred but not required
- Possesses an ability to keep sensitive information confidential and meet deadlines
