**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research and provide property evaluations
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Negotiate transactions and ensure a smooth process for clients
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry regulations

**Requirements**:

- Real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required
