- **3+ years Abatement Supervisor Experience**:

- **Type 3 Certification is a must**:

- **A Valid G Class Drivers License and Reliable Vehicle**:

- **Valid WHIMIS, Working at Heights and Ontario Health and Safety Certification**:

- **Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills**:

- **Exceptional Communication Skills both Verbal and Written**:

- **Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)**:

- **Exceptional Work Ethic and Leadership/Mentoring Skills**
- **Project Management Skills**:

- **Carpentry Skills**:

- **Mechanical Skills**:

- **Experience Driving 16' Cube Vans and/or Towing 15' Trailers**
