London, Canada All Terrain Property Maintenance Full time

We are seeking a skilled **Equipment Operator **for the winter snow removal season. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to clear snow and ice from client properties. This will include following client specific relocation of snow and proper plowing techniques to maintain parking lots, sidewalks and driveways. This full-time, on-call position requires a dedicated operator who can work flexible hours depending on weather conditions. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients’ properties are clear, safe, and accessible throughout the winter season.

As an Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

- Conduct daily circle checks of equipment and report any mechanical issues to the Maintenance department
- Perform efficient snow removal and relocation using assigned equipment
- Adhere to dispatch instructions to ensure timely and effective task completion
- Operate equipment with knowledge of maintenance requirements and report any malfunctions and repairs needed
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained and refueled as needed
- Adhere to dispatch instructions and effectively communicate with both dispatch and team members to respond to urgent needs and coordinate tasks in various weather conditions.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and policies, including wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Use time tracking app to log hours and maintain accurate service records
- Maintain communication with the office as necessary for updates or reporting

**Requirements**:

- Valid G Class Driver’s License
- Proven experience operating equipment in snow removal
- Familiarity with smartphone apps for communication or work-related tasks

Familiarity with JD 4066, JD 340, JD 318, JD320
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate with team members
- Positive attitude and capacity to work outdoors for extended periods under cold conditions
- Reliable transportation to dispatch yard or designated off-site location, as public transportation may not be available during working hours

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
