Think Uber, but for lawn care and snow removal We connect homeowners with local experts to handle their outdoor maintenance needs, offering flexible schedules, fair pay, and a hassle-free experience for both contractors and customers.

**About the Role**:
As a Mow & Snow Expert, you get the freedom to set your own schedule and earn 100% of your tips. This is a freelance position, which means we follow the CRA's guidelines for independent contractors. You will need to have your own equipment, including a plastic shovel or snow blower, ice salt, ice scraper, and a reliable vehicle. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of residential snow shoveling experience are required.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in residential snow shoveling.
- **Equipment**: Must own a plastic shovel or snow blower, ice salt, and an ice scraper.
- **Vehicle**: Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license required.
- **Background Check**: Pass a Canadian Criminal Background Check.

**Compensation**:
We pay per job, with rates ranging from $25 to $100 per job, depending on job requirements. Most jobs take around an hour to complete. You keep 100% of your tips, so excellent service means better earnings
