Mow & Snow is and app-based business that provides on-demand lawn care and snow removal in 20 cities across Canada. Think Uber, but for lawn care and snow removal We connect homeowners with local experts to handle their outdoor maintenance needs, offering flexible schedules, fair pay, and a hassle-free experience for both contractors and customers.

**About the Role**:
As a Mow & Snow Expert, you get the freedom to set your own schedule and earn 100% of your tips. This is a freelance position, which means we follow the CRA's guidelines for independent contractors. You will need to have your own equipment, including a plastic shovel or snow blower, ice salt, ice scraper, and a reliable vehicle. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of residential snow shoveling experience are required.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in residential snow shoveling.
- **Equipment**: Must own a plastic shovel or snow blower, ice salt, and an ice scraper.
- **Vehicle**: Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license required.
- **Background Check**: Pass a Canadian Criminal Background Check.

**Compensation**:
We pay per job, with rates ranging from $25 to $100 per job, depending on job requirements. Most jobs take around an hour to complete. You keep 100% of your tips, so excellent service means better earnings
