**About Us**

Edwards & Sons Complete Property Maintenance Inc. is looking to hire Snow Shovelers to join our team for the upcoming winter season. This position is on-call, meaning hours are weather-dependent and can be sporadic. If you’re dependable, hardworking, and don’t mind working outdoors in winter conditions, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Being on-call and monitoring weather conditions
- Working a variety of shifts, including late nights and early mornings
- Clearing walkways, entrances, and other pedestrian areas of snow and ice
- Using equipment such as snow blowers and salt spreaders
- Performing physically demanding outdoor work in winter weather
- Following company safety procedures and wearing required PPE
- Working independently or as part of a team to complete assigned routes efficiently

**Qualifications**

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

- Experience in snow removal or landscaping is an asset (not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in cold, physically demanding conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Must be available on-call 24/7, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract are assets (not required)

- Job Type: Part-time, Seasonal (4-month contract)
- Pay Range: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
- Additional Pay: End-of-season bonus (based on performance and reliability)
- Schedule: On-call, nights, weekends, holidays as required
