**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Proficiency in technology sales is a plus; familiarity with various tech products will be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
