Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos - Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling cash - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to complete sales transactions accurately - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers Experience: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English - Ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service - Familiarity with technology sales is a plus - Professional phone etiquette We offer competitive pay and provide training to help you succeed in this role.
