**Key Responsibilities**:
Shipping
- Prepare paperwork and assemble orders for shipment
- Responsible for shipping freight, conventions and normal orders
- Work with shipping companies to schedule trucks
- Prepare packing list and bill of lading (BOL) via manifest system
- Creation of export documentation for international shipment
- Maximize load density and efficiencies

Receiving
- Verify receipts and orders for accuracy, count and note damage exceptions on bill of lading
- Update all reports necessary to track receiving metrics
- Schedule receiving appointments and update appropriate forms
- Responsible for handling incoming returned materials

Both Shipping & Receiving
- Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) with transactions
- Report any discrepancies as necessary
- Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation
- Assist team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Update supervisor and team lead on issues or concerns
- Participate in process Improvement by communicating to supervisor and/or team lead
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
- Support and maintain corporate quality, health and safety standards, processes, policies, practices and work instructions. (ISO standards where applicable)
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- PC computer skills required
- Previous Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience required
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Strong math and reading skills
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Physical requirements include: lifting (40lbs), carrying, bending, sitting, stretching, and standing for long periods of time

You are required to adhere to the guidance provided by the team lead and be prepared to contribute to all sections of the warehouse

**Experience**: Required
- 2 - 3 years: 2-3 year of warehouse and receiving experience

**Education**: Required
- High School or better
