- 3:30 pm, Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm**_

- **What you’ll do**:_
- To review incoming orders, warehouse inventory and set daily production schedule
- To lead consistent production “communication” meetings and motivate staff in a professional way to inform all team leads and associates that are required to attend
- To train and support new team members as we grow forward
- To work and communicate closely with the Maintenance Manager & Maintenance / Elevator lead.
- Coordination of production, picking orders as well as shipping finished goods and receiving ingredients and packaging for just-in-time deliveries or production.
- Collaborating with management and the retail store on how best to run the business effectively
- Coaching and developing staff for growth opportunities within the company
- Evaluating progress reports and developing renumeration plans for all production staff with management.
- Support admin by having team provide correct daily production information.
- To work with admin on monthly Inventory spot counts.
- Foster communication amongst employees to create a good working environment
- Support HR with disciplinary action where required.
- Create daily / weekly production schedules and manage production teams to meet needs.
- Work with HR / QA and customer service on new initiatives and priority projects, including HACCP / GMP / Communication approach.
- Conduct and provide monthly reports to Management or as required involving KPI’s, expenditures and other ad hoc reporting requests.
- Lead KPI reporting, analysis and insight development and communication for the team when required.
- Support daily production speed meetings, set and communicate weekly scorecards with the team; Safety/Quality/Performance/Morale/Environment is the company’s priority.
- Work with the management team to make decisions on future staffing requirements to meet capacity needs.
- **What you’ll have**:_
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years minimum experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledgeable in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledgeable in Health and Safety procedures.
- Ability for conflict resolution.
- Adequate observational, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack (manual and power)
- Ability to operate a palletizer machine.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedure manuals, operation manuals and maintenance instructions.
- Ability to correspond in written or verbal communication with employees of the organization.
