**Position Overview**:
**The Logistics Administrator**This position reports directly to the Director, Procurement & Logistics.
The **Logistics Administrator** is an entry level position responsible for data entry, paperwork, and scheduling that supports the movement of products. The responsibilities of the role include:
1. Prepare shipping documents such as bill of lading, packing list and distribute to the appropriate internal or 3rd party contacts.
2. Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities in the ERP system.
3. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including warehouse team, drivers, carriers, customs brokers, and customers.
4. Track and resolve issues such as paperwork errors, carrier delays, missed appointments.
5. Assist with 3PL inventory reporting and tracking.
6. Track freight costs in ERP system and reconcile invoices in a timely manner for the finance team.
7. Support the logistics team to coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments as needed.
8. Run reports and prepare weekly dashboard.
9. Other duties may be assigned to the Employee.
**Job type**: Full-time, Permanent, On-site (not remote)
**Rate of Pay: $23.00 per hour**
