- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in product offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
