Sales Representative

**Position Overview**: We seek a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base within Canada, US Midwest and South East. You will work closely with educators, IT department and administrators to understand their needs and demonstrate how Robotel’s solutions can address their challenges.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients, including school districts, private schools, and universities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our digital platforms (with the support of our educators).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position SmartClass as a leader in the market.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our products.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English native-like skills mandatory).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for language learning, education and technology.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed (4-6 weeks per year estimated).
- Preferred knowledge of U.S. and Canadian school systems

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Direct sales: 2 years (required)
