About the Role Essity is looking for an experienced Sales Representative for Home Health Care channel. Responsible for providing on-going support, implement business strategies, innovative technologies and solution of care to achieve profitable business relationships and develop new revenue opportunities. Responsibilities will primarily include promoting Tena® incontinence, JOBST® compression, orthopaedics products and Advanced wound care products within all channels and customers.This will be a remote position responsible for covering Laval, Laurentides, Lanaudiere, Outaouais and Abitibi. The ideal candidate should live in Laval or within aligned territory and have ability to travel often.We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we’d love to talk.What You Will DoDevelop and maintain strategic business relationships with accounts to promote brand awareness and secure profitable business.Develop, implement, and monitor customer specific sales plans and marketing programs to meet/exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully represent and grow the Essity business.Serve as primary contact for all products and services and create interest and demand for ESSITY products while promoting best practices in the home health field. Must conduct commissioning, support ongoing training, as well as provide corporate presentations and business reviews for customers.Recommend products and services (value-added proposition) that meet customer needs.
